
The club was formed in 2009, and is based at the former Perry Park BMX Track, the track which hosted racing in the 80's became overgrown and unused in the mid 90's when BMX racing went into decline, how ever in 2009 the club was formed and work started on bringing Birmingham BMX Track back to its former glory, The track was completly rebuit at a cost of £750,000, funded by British Cycling, Sport England and Birmingham City Council as a legacy of the 2012 World Championships that were held at the NIA, the track also held two European rounds in 2011 and 2014. With club, Regional and National events held yearly at the track it has become one of the best outdoor facilities in the UK
